Recreational Gymnastics
Preschool through Advanced — skills build class to classPreschool
Children are taught introductory gymnastics skills and body positions that help develop coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness. Children also learn valuable social skills such as working with a group, waiting their turn, and following directions.
Beginner
For gymnasts with limited or no gymnastics experience. Gymnasts learn basic skills on all four apparatuses: Vault, Uneven Bars, Beam, and Floor, while developing flexibility, coordination, and strength. Classes also emphasize following instructions and building overall fitness and motor skills through challenging activities on gymnastics equipment.
Intermediate
Gymnasts continue to build upon skills they have already mastered. Bridges progress into kickovers and cartwheels into roundoffs. This class challenges gymnasts to refine existing skills and develop more advanced techniques and execution.
Advanced
Designed for gymnasts whose skills, strength, focus, and body awareness have developed enough to approach more complex recreational gymnastics skills. Gymnasts progress from kickovers toward back walkovers and more advanced skills.
Cheerleading
A standalone introductory programIntro to Cheerleading
Perfect for beginners eager to explore the sport of cheerleading. Athletes learn fundamental cheerleading skills including mini stunt sequences, tumbling basics, jumps, and motions in a fun, supportive environment.
