Parent & Tot
(Ages 12 months – 2 years)
A fun introduction to movement and coordination, designed for toddlers with the help of their parents. This class promotes motor skills, body awareness, and basic gymnastics through playful activities.
Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 3 – 5)
Beginner classes focusing on fundamental gymnastics skills such as balance, strength, and flexibility. Children learn in a structured but fun environment, developing body awareness and coordination.
Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 6 and up )
Aimed at children interested in learning gymnastics without the pressure of competition. Focuses on basic to advanced skills across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Perfect for building fitness, discipline, and teamwork.
Competitive Gymnastics Team (Ages 4+)
This is for serious gymnasts aiming to compete locally as well as at the state and regional level. Made up of 10 Levels and a Pre Team level all of which includes intensive training in all four events (vault, bars, beam, floor), along with strength, conditioning, and mental preparation. This Competitive Team follows the USA Gymnastics Development Program guidelines. The Women’s Development Program was created with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. This is a year round program.
All Star Cheerleading (Ages 5-12)
A competitive cheerleading program that focuses primarily on athletic performance, choreography, and tumbling. Teams will compete locally as well as regionally and nationally. All-star cheerleading offers a blend of athleticism, artistry, and teamwork, pushing athletes to achieve high levels of performance. Teams are created based on skill level and age. This is a year round program.
Recreational Cheerleading (Ages 5-12)
A class for all levels interested in learning the basics of cheerleading. Children will discover the fundamentals of the spot including mini stunt sequences, tumbling basics, motions, and jumps in a fun and supportive environment.
Tumbling (Ages 6 and up)
This class focuses on tumbling techniques, flips, and jumps, incorporating trampoline training for those interested in cheerleading, dance, or other aerial activities.
Camps & Clinics
Seasonal programs designed to provide intensive gymnastics training and fun activities. Ideal for gymnasts looking to enhance their skills over summer or winter breaks.
Private Lessons
One-on-one coaching tailored to individual needs, whether for mastering specific skills, preparing for competitions, or personal goals.
